GMR Chinmaya Vidyalaya started functioning at Shamshabad in 2008 by Swami Chinmayananda Saraswati & Grandhi Mallikarjuna Rao, with the blessings of Parama Poojya Gurudev, Swami Chinmay Ananda. Now it is administered by Chinmaya Seva Trust, Hyderabad.
Chinmaya Vision Programme (CVP) is a comprehensive educational programme for schools which integrates the best in our culture and philosophy of education. It aims at giving children true vision of life to help them face challenges in a positive dynamic manner and hereby contribute to society.
It aims at the overall unfoldment and gentle blossoming of he child at he physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual levels of his/her primarily.
CVP aims to make the Chinmaya Vidyalayas true vidyalayas or temples of learning by imparting the best of modern education in the exalted, sacred spirit of tradition.
